When people trust an organization with their money only to learn that they are cosmos robbed, it is never a good feeling. The people who have experienced this often lose faith in many honest organizations that are left.When thinking of stakeholders needs, it is really important that the planning be based on what the stakeholder demands. A strategic plan could help the smallest organization grow into something significantly huge (Weiss, 2008). Understanding what they want can be very tricky.
